These are officially the coolest shoes I have ever been commissioned to paint. This was for a surprise birthday present for my friend’s husband. He is a huge original trilogy fan and has a bit of a bromance with Han Solo. She asked for a light-side vs. dark-side arrangement. They took about 9 1/2 hours to paint and part of me really hated giving them away. I might have to make myself a pair.
These were done with acrylic paint.
